The Blue Book is a compilation of combos and fighting tactics exclusively written for the character Goh Hinogami. It features all his universal combos and floaters, and, as well, a VS. character section with specific character data with the most important strategy guidelines (such as the top throw escapes, advantages & disadvantages of the character you are fighting against, and so forth).
